Pilates Basics: Daily Burn
On the Daily Burn, you are given a program, based on your past and how active you have been. Since it has been a very long time for me, I was given the "True Beginner" program. This program is great and definitely gives me a bit of a challenge that I can deal with, which is exactly what I wanted. However, today since I did not get my whole walk in, because it was raining, I decided to do a couple more workout. I tried a pilates basics video. It was only 16 minutes and I did burn about 183 calories. It was challenging for sure, but I just did not like the rolling around all over the ground. Maybe if I had a yoga mat, or maybe when I have lost some pounds it will be easier, but for now, I do not think Pilates is my favorite type of workout.
