Hey everyone!
So, although I track my calories and exercise with the apps on my phone, I feel like having it all here would be beneficial too. I also wanted to record my weight.
FOOD:
For breakfast, I had 1/2 cup of hash browns cooked with a TBSP of olive oil. I also had 2 slices of fried ham. According to MyFitnessPal, this meal is recorded as having 280 calories total.
For lunch, I had a 6" club sandwich from Subway, and Oven Baked BBQ potato chips. This meal, according to MyFitnessPal is 530 calories total. I have also had 3 water bottles. Two with Mio Energy Tropical Fusion, and one without.
For dinner, I am planning on having a small amount of lasagna and that is it. I am not very fond of lasagna so I will not want to eat much at all. This is basically based on 1.2 cups of lasagna, and that is recorded as being 360 calories. My plan is to only eat a half cup of lasagna, but I will keep the calories recorded as being a whole cup.
My total calorie goal is 1600 calories per day. Total, if I do not have any snacks or juice, I will have eaten 1,170 calories for the day. My water intake has also increased.
EXERCISE:
Today for exercise, I did a core training session from the Daily Burn True Beginner. It was a 20 minute video. I also walked with the girls about two blocks down to Safeway, and then around the other way. I would say about a half of a mile. The weather is wet and gross so I cannot walk as much as I would like to today. I am hoping to do another workout video from Daily Burn before the kids get home.
WEIGHT:
The kids have messed with my scale so I am really not sure how accurate it really is. However, it is already showing a 35 lbs weight. When I get on it, it goes up to 275 lbs. So, my current weight should be 240 lbs total. I would like to ideally be at 160 lbs. I am hoping to see a loss of weight, by mid-week next week.
